Bid Coordinator
Description
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our business development process by managing and coordinating the preparation of bids and proposals for Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architectural, Master planning, Landscape and Engineering projects. You will work closely with our project teams, project managers, master planners, landscape designers, architects, engineers, subconsultants, and clients to ensure that our proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Bid Coordination: Coordinate the entire bid process from initial request for proposal (RFP) or invitation to tender (ITT) to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. Proposal Development: Collaborate with project teams to gather information, develop technical content, and create compelling proposals that showcase our firm's expertise, capabilities, and unique value proposition. Document Management: Organise and maintain all bid-related documents, including project briefs, design concepts, technical specifications, and pricing information. Quality Assurance: Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with client specifications and company standards. Bid Strategy: Work with senior management to develop bid strategies, identify win themes, and differentiate our proposals from competitors. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, subcontractors, and clients to gather input, clarify requirements, and address questions or concerns. Compliance: Ensure compliance of Bids with all governance requirements. Conduct audits across Project to track this. Database Management: Maintain databases of past bids, client contacts, subconsultants, project profiles, commercial, and other relevant information to support future bid efforts. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate bid performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Design consultancy background: A plus.
