Carpenter Foreman

Oversee all carpentry tasks on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage materials and labor effectively. Conduct regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance among the crew. Perform regular inspections of work to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in carpentry preferred. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Certification in OSHA safety standards and other relevant trade certifications is highly desirable. Experience in Infrastructure preferred (residential, commercial) carpentry projects also ok, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage for multi-national teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
