HR Operations CSCEC ME is recruiting an Architectural Drafter to join our Technical Department for a newly awarded large-scale high-rise tower project in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities: Draft architectural detail drawings for projects Prepare mobilization & structural GA drawings Assist architects with material submissions Prepare shop drawings for block work, finishing schedules, tile layouts, reflected ceiling plans, site plans, external finishing & termination details, sections, elevations, etc. Draft external landscape shop drawings, including hardscape layouts and detail sections, coordinating with infrastructure drawings Develop detailed technical content describing the design aspects Prepare construction drawings Review shop drawings from subcontractors and coordinate accordingly Prepare survey coordination drawings based on demarcation plans Assist architects with material submissions and RFS Coordinate architectural and structural drawings, highlighting clashes for RFIs Prepare ID drawings per IFC standards and coordinate with MEP shop drawings Coordinate precast panel finishing drawings with MEP services Review rebar drawings with BBS and IFC drawings Create as-built drawings reflecting site modifications Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Design Industries Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CSCEC Middle East by 2x Set up job alerts for “Architectural Drafter” roles.
