We are urgently looking for a Commis 1 for the Starter Section for our Lifestyle venue L'Amo Bistro del Mare. L’Amo Bistrò del Mare brings the authentic flavours of Italy to Dubai, offering a refined dining experience with a focus on classic Italian dishes. Located at Dubai Harbour, it features alfresco seating with breathtaking views of the waterfront and stunning sunsets. With its combination of exceptional cuisine, captivating scenery, and charming Italian heritage, L’Amo offers a truly unforgettable dining experience. Principal Accountabilities: Assists the Chef De Partie during the preparation, cooking and presentation of food that adhere to restaurant’s recipes and standards. Prepares and cooks food to the highest standards to ascertain an efficient food service Ensures that all food items prepared and served are according to established standards and practices Follows all statutory hygiene and safety requirements Knows about the restaurant equipment and stock control and rotation procedures Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
