About The Role As a Commis Chef 2, you will join our professional kitchen team, with opportunities for growth. If you have some kitchen basics, our award-winning chefs will support your training and career development. It is essential to have some professional kitchen experience and a dedication to becoming a world-class chef. About You The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel. You should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks, and confidently interact with diverse clients. Our kitchens at Atlantis the Palm are professional, friendly, and welcoming. You will be encouraged to learn, train, and achieve more daily. The environment is busy; you should prioritize, work hard, and maintain quality. We operate over 25 outlets serving up to 6,000 guests daily, offering everything from Viennoiserie to sushi and fine dining. Commis Chef 2 must demonstrate a passion for food and a willingness to learn. Hard work and dedication can lead to promotion to Commis Chef Grade 1, with further opportunities available across our kitchen teams.
