What you'll be doing: Perform "perpetual stock count" and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to the plan. Execute daily perpetual inventory counts and reconcile if the actual count differs. Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count. Oversee the end-to-end activity of the stock count process (Plan, Execution, Analysis & Control). Manage the complete inventory activities of Retail and Supply Chain (Warehouse Level) according to company guidelines. Perform inventory counts as per the assigned plan to ensure stock availability matches system records. Manage and train the team for accurate and smooth stock count activities. Review documentation and monitor records to identify discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between system and manual records. Perform activities like scan to count, count to recount, and recount to scan to minimize errors. Complete activities as per the timeline and hand over locations to Retail/Warehouse as per standards. Generate, prepare, and finalize inventory reports; share with the Retail/Warehouse team for validation and sign-off. Maintain positive relationships with Retail, Warehouse, and other departments. Coordinate effectively with stakeholders for stock count and other activities. Develop and implement improvements to operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain records of all tasks (communication, checklists, feedback, sign-off documents). Support other department tasks to ensure 100% completion within timelines. Maintain time discipline and seek continuous improvement for on-floor activities. Manage team and self-time for office and out-location activities. Work night shifts and travel as required.
