Strong knowledge of Open Text architecture, including Content Server 4. Experience with ECM best practices and content management methodologies. 5. Strong technical skills in areas such as Java, RESTful APIs, and relational databases. 6. Good Communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 1. Design and implement Open Text-based solutions to meet business requirements. 2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's content management strategy and architecture. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures. 4. Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation for Open Text-based solutions. 5. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Open Text-based systems. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Open Text product releases and roadmap. 8. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. Development Activities: 1. Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Open Text solutions, including workflows, forms, and integrations, to meet business requirements. 2. Custom Component Development: Create custom Open Text components, such as widgets, gadgets, and modules, to extend platform functionality and enhance user experience. 3. Integration Development: Develop integrations between Open Text and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and Share Point, to promote data exchange and interoperability. 4. Scripting and Automation: Scripts to automate tasks to streamline Open Text tasks, workflows, and business processes, increasing efficiency and productivity. 5. API Development: Develop custom APIs to interact with Open Text and other systems, enabling seamless data exchange and integration. 6. Data Migration and Integration: Develop and execute data migration and integration strategies to move content into and out of Open Text, ensuring data integrity and consistency. 7. Quality Assurance and Testing: Participate in QA and testing activities to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Open Text solutions, identifying and addressing defects and issues.
