up to AED 25k) Client: ECOSS & Co. seeks a Service Manager to maintain multi-site data-centre power & cooling at 99.999% uptime. Your responsibilities: Lead internal technicians & external vendors for UPS, HVAC, diesel gen-sets, fire suppression systems. Manage SLAs/KPIs, conduct audits & implement corrective actions across Abu Dhabi-Sharjah sites. Oversee changes, retrofits & capacity planning; ensure Tier standards & ISO/ASHRAE compliance. Must-have qualifications: 5+ years vendor/service management experience in data-centres or mission-critical facilities. Strong understanding of electromechanical systems & DCIM tools. Fluent in English; second EU language is a plus. Nice-to-have skills: Uptime ATS/BICSI/PMP/NFPA certifications; energy-efficiency knowledge.
