Job Description As the Export Control Officer (ECO) for RB Middle East, you will: Provide strategic insights into export control, anticipating risks and implementing mitigation measures. Lead regional and local process implementation, risk management, and establish controls and audits. Deploy global standards and guidelines on export controls and sanctions, and draft regional policies. Collaborate with a network of regional and national Export Control Officers in a multicultural environment. Job location can be based in Riyadh or Dubai. Qualifications Technical knowledge of export control and sanctions compliance. Experience in foreign trade. Independence and ability to manage conflicts of interest. Leadership skills to guide staff on export control issues. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing legal frameworks. Results-oriented approach with high-quality outcomes.
