Architectural Design Coordinator - Salary Up to 22,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical Reporting into the Regional Design Manager, you will be based on this newly awarded New Build Mega Watt Data Center . This main contractor has been awarded this iconic project due to exceptional performance & safety. It will be their 4th Mission Critical Data Center in the United Arab Emirates. Our client is seeking an Architectural Design Coordinator with UAE Main Contractor experience and ideally exposure to at least one Data Center in the region. This is an exciting career move for a motivated individual. Job Responsibilities Project based in Abu Dhabi, site-based working within the Project Management team. Coordinate with the Regional Design Manager based in Dubai. Ensure all specifications match building codes for client approval on site. Assist in removing obstacles to meet project deadlines and handover timelines. Candidate Requirements Experience working for a reputable Buildings Main Contractor in the UAE as an Architectural Design Coordinator or Senior Design Coordinator. Experience with Architectural, Interiors, and High-End Finishes. Degree qualified with 4-5 years of post-graduate experience. Strong technical understanding of client requirements, rules, regulations, and supply chain in the UAE construction sector. Proficiency in Auto CAD & BIM. MS Office & Excel skills.
