We specialize in storytelling through design, leveraging interactive technologies and high-impact installations at major events and exhibitions across the region.Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced 2D Art Director to lead our creative team in producing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. You will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of projects and ensuring that the final output meets our brand standards and client expectations.Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 2D designers & video editors, creating design standards, file standards, and organizing the company’s content library. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, animators, and project managers, to develop innovative visual concepts. Oversee the artistic process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance the creative direction. Present concepts and final artwork to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary. Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience in 2D art or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proven experience in a managerial role, managing a team of creative professionals. Experience in the gaming, animation, or entertainment industries. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. Additional certifications in design or project management are a plus. Skills And Competencies Strong artistic and creative skills, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
