Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Bachelor of Architecture Nationality Any Nationality Any Visa, Medical Insurance, Commission, Annual Air Ticket, Paid Leaves, Visa, Travel Allowance Vacancy Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Construction (Dubai-Based) Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction projects: planning, execution, and handover Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project lifecycle Manage and obtain necessary approvals from Dubai authorities (DM, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.) Monitor and control project timelines and budgets; implement corrective actions as needed Ensure all activities comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and local regulations Lead regular project meetings and provide detailed status reports to stakeholders Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 10–17 years of experience, with at least 10 years in Dubai-based construction projects Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approval procedures Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6 Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills Desired Candidate Profile Professional certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Familiarity with sustainable construction methods and green building practices (LEED, Estidama, etc.) Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
