Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Sales and Business Development Add to Favorites Retail & Distribution Account Manager - MEA Description The Retail & Distribution Account Manager will be responsible for managing one of our distributors and key retail accounts across the UAE. They will focus on developing the Apple business and maximizing sell-through by achieving revenue targets. The goal is to grow the Apple product lines (i Phone, i Pad, Mac, i Pod, and accessories) in the retail channel through sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Retail Program team. Key responsibilities include: Executing retail channel partner plans Delivering growth and revenue sell-through Developing and executing account strategies Managing communications and expectations with senior account partners Handling sell-in and contractual negotiations Providing sales consulting for Apple product integration Building accurate sales forecasts and managing inventory Planning and forecasting for local accounts Analyzing and reporting business performance weekly Coordinating with marketing teams Managing demand generation activities, including promotions and MDF programs Defining retail fixtures and staffing Managing internal processes like budgeting and negotiations Working with training resources to ensure product knowledge Key Competencies Strong social skills and relationship-building abilities Effective storytelling to influence stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Adaptability to change Exceptional organizational and planning skills Proactive, with sound judgment and initiative Passion for learning and continuous improvement Self-motivated and eager to face new challenges Minimum Qualifications Experience managing distributors and retail partnerships Proven sales management track record Experience in a sales-driven environment with meeting targets Knowledge of retail and FMCG markets, with a strong network Experience influencing C-Level stakeholders Understanding of solution-based selling Ability to deliver on time-sensitive projects Skills in diagnosing issues and developing solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
