Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented! BMS Project Engineer is a key role reporting directly to the Engineering Department – BMS & Security Systems for the Middle East region. You will be based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, part of a growing team, responsible for driving business growth in BMS & Security Systems.You will support project management in designing and executing projects, working within a vibrant environment that offers a platform for your experience to support pre-sales and estimation activities. The BMS Engineer will work closely with Automation and IT teams and will manage Building Management Systems on si Responsibilities Manage project turnover processes between equipment sales and execution, interpret engineering drawings, and develop submittals aligned with contract and site requirements. Develop/review SDLC deliverables: Requirements Specifications, Traceability Matrix, Functional and Design Specifications, Code Reviews, Test Specifications, and Scripts. Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and work with QAIT to meet all requirements. Participate in Hardware and Software FATs and SATs, contribute to project schedules, and support project meetings. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, utilize SOL NG tools for logs and forecasts, and train client representatives. Coordinate with technicians for system commissioning, liaise with sales engineers for project details, and manage contract/client relations, including addressing project delays. Qualifications & Requirements Relevant Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent. Strong experience with Siemens Desigo CC/Insight, X works, PX controllers, and utility systems like chilled water, hot water, and steam generation. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry. Technical proficiency in controls systems, familiarity with Siemens BMS solutions, industrial control panels, networking, wiring, and PLC systems. Experience with CCTV and ACS systems alongside BMS projects is advantageous. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Share Point, Word, Power Point. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, diligent, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
