Backend Software Engineer Role We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience who is a strong problem solver, proficient in English, curious, embraces innovation, and is looking for growth opportunities in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.• At least 2 years of backend software development experience.• Experience with one of the following general-purpose programming languages: Golang, Java, or Python.• A strong developer and a great problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.• Working proficiency and communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with or knowledge of messaging middleware, relational databases, and common backend architecture.• Passion for building large-scale products with incredible performance, stability, and an elegant user experience.• Strong curiosity to learn new things and willingness to explore outside of the comfort zone.
