Civil Engineer/Project Manager

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Project Manager to play a critical role in the successful execution of one of our major development projects. Your role: Supervise construction quality and ensure full compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and specifications. Coordinate efficiently with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution. Oversee material planning and manage on-site resources. Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards in alignment with UAE regulations. What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in large-scale construction projects. Strong technical proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, MS Project. Familiar with DDA, DM, Trakhees, and other local regulatory frameworks. Fluent in English and Russian (Arabic is a plus). Experience working with both contracting firms and consultancy offices.
