Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Executive to join our premium Limousine service team in Dubai. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, management, and clients. If you're passionate about organization, people, and luxury service, this role is for you! Handle administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting Manage employee records, contracts, and HR files Support recruitment and onboarding of drivers and staff Monitor attendance, leaves, and compliance Coordinate with operations and management for vehicle and driver scheduling Assist in maintaining a professional and efficient office environment Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin and/or HR roles (UAE experience preferred) Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently Experience in the transport or limousine industry is a plus Why Join Us?
