Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Responsibilities include: Ensuring jobsite safety and resolving project issues. Scheduling, coordinating between subcontractors and owner operations, and verifying specifications compliance. Managing project costs and generating status reports. Maintaining owner satisfaction. Participating in safety plan development, specifications, estimates, schedules, and sales efforts. Supporting sales, service, and customer communication. Qualifications: 5-10 years’ experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman. Ability to maintain project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and management. Willingness to travel. Knowledge of general building standards, scheduling, shop drawing review. OSHA 10 Hour Certification required. Strong understanding of construction management tasks and superintendent responsibilities. Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills. Proficiency in email, web, MS Word, and MS Excel. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $33, based on qualifications and other considerations.
