We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Admin to join Rich Property and oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing office administration, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us. Responsibilities & Duties: Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and management to maintain efficient processes. Monitor office supplies and handle inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination. Oversee staff schedules and office maintenance to maintain a productive work environment. Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure compliance with company policies. Support CRM management by ensuring data is updated and tracked correctly. Handle basic HR functions such as leave tracking and employee attendance. Prepare reports for management and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks. Requirements: Proven experience in office management or administration. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
