Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s property laws, a strong client network, and the ambition to grow within a high-performance team. This is an opportunity to work with exclusive listings, premium developer inventories, and a full support structure that allows you to focus on sales while we handle the rest. Key Responsibilities Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in all property transactions. Source and convert leads into successful deals with professionalism and market insight. Maintain deep knowledge of current property inventory, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and contract closings. Advise clients on Dubai real estate laws, investment opportunities, and off-plan projects. Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and internal policies. Maintain client relationships and build a strong referral base. Collaborate closely with our in-house marketing and administrative teams to drive performance. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (residential or commercial). Valid UAE driving license and access to a car. Fluent in English; fluency in Farsi and Arabic is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations. Proficient in using property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut) and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
