Senior DPO / Chief Officer

Job Description • Responsible for operating the DP system as per operation requirements.• Responsible for the continual on-duty scheme in the DP control room.• Ensure that all DP system data are recorded.• Carry out the setup of the DP system operating parameters.• Assist in performing maintenance on DP equipment.• Carry out frequent inspections on DP system sensors, computers, and references.• Should be familiar with and implement IMCA requirements related to the DP system.• Responsible for ensuring that the JDPO is well trained and capable of handling the DP system. Skills Required • High School Diploma• Full and unlimited DP certificates• Minimum of 4 years of experience on DP vessels.• Good English communication skills.• Good knowledge of safe practices related to DP operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
