We are looking to hire a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for delivering Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and full lifecycle project implementation, for our client based in the Dubai —one of the largest companies in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance. We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer committed to optimizing business processes through Salesforce technology. You should have strong development experience and functional knowledge, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, prototype, and configure Salesforce solutions; manage system configuration and user setup. Provide technical and functional expertise to internal teams throughout project lifecycles. Document system configuration changes, data mappings, and business process flows. Guide development teams in implementing custom logic and present solution demos to stakeholders. Lead and contribute to testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support planning. Facilitate workshops to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements. Maintain relevant Salesforce certifications to advise on best practices in platform usage and process optimization. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Unit Testing). At least 2 years of experience with Lightning Components and LWC is a must. 2+ years of experience with enterprise-level packaged applications (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, etc.). Proven track record in delivering end-to-end Salesforce project implementations . Strong understanding of scalable solution design and Salesforce system configuration. Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Consultant certifications) is an advantage.
