Client of Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment Role Overview: The successful candidate will focus on high-profile public takeovers, M&A transactions involving listed companies, and advisory work for listed entities. The client base spans multiple sectors including energy/infrastructure, financial services, retail & consumer, and healthcare, among others. Key Responsibilities: Advising on public takeovers and mergers involving listed entities. Providing ongoing corporate advisory services to listed clients across a range of industries. Supporting the wider corporate team on a variety of complex M&A transactions. Requirements: Strong background in public M&A. UK experience is preferred; however, candidates from Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa with robust public M&A experience are also encouraged to apply.
