Responsibilities: Have experience in off-plan and secondary market in Dubai Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's diverse real estate market. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options. Develop and maintain a network of contacts including buyers, sellers, and other agents to generate business. Stay informed about current market trends and property listings to provide exceptional service to clients. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and legal regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals. Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. English is a must.
