Job Title: Shoe & Bags Restoration Manager Company: The Laundry Hub Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Shoe and Bags Restoration Manager to lead our restoration team and oversee the repair and refurbishment of high-end footwear and handbags. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional quality in all restoration services, and providing excellent customer service. You will also manage a team of skilled technicians, maintain inventory of materials, and implement best practices for efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the shoe restoration market to identify growth opportunities and trends. Develop business strategies to attract and retain clients in need of shoe repair and restoration services. Collaborate with shoe restoration experts to assess client needs and improve service offerings. Manage customer relations, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries and concerns. Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Monitor the competition and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead in the market. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the shoe and bag specialized in laundry industry. Strong understanding of shoe materials, construction techniques, and repair methods is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage customer accounts. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Passion for shoes, fashion, and craftsmanship will be an advantage.
