We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with the technical and functional teams to develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom code that meets business requirements. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing the functionality and user experience of our Salesforce environment.Key Responsibilities Custom Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Code Implementation: Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code to meet business requirements, adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Lightning Components: Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to enhance user interfaces and improve application performance. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems and databases using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Data Management: Develop and implement data models, workflows, triggers, and process builders to automate business processes and improve data management within Salesforce. Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of custom solutions. Collaborate with QA teams to support integration and user acceptance testing. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom code, technical designs, and system integrations. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce customizations, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our Salesforce environment. Experience Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Proven experience in developing custom Salesforce solutions, including data models, workflows, and integrations. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP). Experience with Salesforce data modeling, including the use of objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules. Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script) as they relate to Salesforce customization. Experience with version control and collaborative development environments. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
