Executive Assistant / Roadshow Coordinator Join to apply for the Executive Assistant / Roadshow Coordinator role at Robert Walters . Our client is a leading independent advisory firm specialising in private markets. They are seeking a Roadshow and Internal Events Assistant for the Middle East & Asia region. This role involves supporting the organisation and execution of client roadshows and internal events, working closely with the EMEA & APAC Roadshow Manager. Key Responsibilities: Roadshow Coordination: Assist in organising client roadshows across Middle East & APAC regions. Administrative Support: Manage diaries, coordinate travel, and handle reservations to support team operations. Internal Events Management: Organise internal roadshows, manage logistics for team visits to the Middle East, and support internal events. Conference and Event Management: Oversee registration and coordination for EMEA & APAC conferences and organise client-focused events with the Communications and Marketing team. Annual Events: Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute the annual company off-site and Pineapple Week in APAC, managing travel and logistics. Cross-Functional Support: Support various business areas during quieter periods and contribute to project planning and operational initiatives. Preferred Experience: Experience as an Executive Assistant in a busy PE environment, supporting principals at fundraising events across multiple time zones. Familiarity with coordinating industry-specific events like IPEM, Super Return, and PEI Global Infrastructure. Background in professional services, investment management, or financial services. Event and roadshow coordination experience is highly desirable. Role Details: Manage multiple conference schedules and travel logistics in APAC & EMEA. Conduct meetings to assign responsibilities for client interactions at conferences. Plan and execute smaller events aligned with brand and budget. Maintain detailed project calendars and logistical arrangements. Build relationships with external vendors to optimise value.
