Production Manager

Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the entire production process to meet quality and efficiency standards. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline production activities. Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures. Evaluate and improve production procedures to enhance overall productivity. Monitor and manage production budgets, identifying areas for cost savings. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth supply chain. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
