ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities: Develop manage and update detailed 3D BIM models for architectural designs ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural MEP and construction teams to integrate and coordinate architectural elements. Prepare detailed construction documentation shop drawings and schedules derived from BIM models. Perform clash detection and resolve issues to ensure the seamless integration of architectural components with other disciplines. Ensure compliance with GCCspecific building codes standards and project specifications in all architectural BIM deliverables. Participate in project coordination meetings to discuss and resolve design and modeling challenges. Utilize BIM tools to optimize workflows enhance design accuracy and ensure efficient project delivery. Support the development of asbuilt models and documentation for handover and facility management purposes. Maintain adherence to BIM standards protocols and templates throughout all phases of the project. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling ideally from design consulting companies in the UAE. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks and other relevant BIM software. Demonstrated experience in working on GCC projects with familiarity with regional codes and practices. Strong understanding of architectural design principles construction methods and material specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
