Job Title: Service Now Business Analyst (Service Now Implementation exp is MUST)Exp level 5 to 7 years Relevant experience 3 years into Service Now BAJob Location: Onsite Abu Dhabi for 6 month initially Job Type: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking a ahighly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the onboarding of the General Services stream in Service Now. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and ensure seamless integration of Service Now functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for on boarding General Services into Service Now.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations and business stakeholders to define and refine processes workflows and service management practices.Design and implement bestpractice solutions on the Service Now platform ensuring that the General Services stream aligns with organizational goals.Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather validate and prioritize business requirements.Act as a liaison between the business teams and the technical team to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.Analyze data and provide recommendations for system improvements and process automation within Service Now.Support Service Now configuration and customization based on the requirements of the General Services stream.Oversee testing and ensure that the system meets business expectations.Provide training and user support to business users during and postimplementation phases.Ensure project timelines are met managing risks and issues proactively.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field B.Tech is preferred.Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years of experience specifically working on Service Now implementations.Proven experience with Service Now especially in ITIL processes.Should have experience work on ITSM / HRSD / ITOM / GRC / ITAM etc.Strong understanding of ITIL processes Service Management frameworks and best practices.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience in leading teams with the ability to mentor and guide junior business analysts.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).Experience in working with clients in the UAE or the Middle East region.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
