We’re looking for an architect or civil engineer to join our dynamic team and help supervise our design projects. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervising Engineer for Interior Fit-Out Works to oversee, manage, and coordinate the execution of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior works, project supervision, and a solid understanding of design, finishes, and construction techniques. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring alignment with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Review project plans and drawings to ensure constructability and compliance with regulations. Monitor material usage, manpower, and equipment on-site to ensure optimal productivity. Conduct regular quality inspections and safety checks. Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and site logs. Resolve on-site technical issues and propose practical solutions to construction challenges. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. Manage project handovers, snagging, and final inspections. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supervising interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in interior construction. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD, and project management software. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial, or high-end residential fit-outs.
