Overview Presight is seeking a focused and insightful Specialist - Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy, enhance business efficiency through market research, trend analysis, and data visualization. Responsibilities Develop and manage BI solutions. Create standard reports and dashboards based on requirements. Collaborate with business users to understand their needs. Review and validate customer data. Maintain dashboards and reports. Support and maintain data analytics platforms. Coordinate with Data/Business Analysts and customers to develop requirements and specifications. Travel to customer sites as needed and participate in on-call support rotations. Identify workarounds for customer incidents. Collaborate in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively. Adhere to QHSE, security, privacy, and compliance policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years experience with application and business solutions on data analytics tools (e.g., Kibana, Tableau). At least 1 year of Kibana experience. 2+ years experience with SQL databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL). Preferred Skills Market and domain knowledge. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Deep understanding of data visualization tools and techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
