Your profile Your Profile: As we expand in the UAE, we seek a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to build our pipeline and drive sales opportunities.What you will be doing: Own outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging creative strategies to generate high-quality meetings and manage the UAE pipeline. Prospect key accounts within the real estate sector; build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a strong top-of-funnel for Building Minds in the UAE. Represent Building Minds at industry events, engaging with prospects and networking to increase brand awareness. Collaborate across teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless lead generation, handovers, and an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a consultative sales approach: Act as a subject matter expert, delivering tailored presentations, demos, and proposals addressing prospect challenges. Guide clients through the sales cycle professionally, focusing on long-term value creation. What we need from you: You are a driven self-starter with at least 3+ years of experience in Saa S or real estate-related sales. Experienced in B2B sales, with a background in demand generation, pipeline management, business development, or as an account executive. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. A natural relationship-builder who enjoys networking and engaging with clients virtually and in person. Based in UAE.
