Site Architect

To supervise the execution of architectural and fit-out works on site, ensuring compliance with design intent, technical specifications, and aesthetic standards. The role coordinates with other trades and supports quality assurance, inspections, and handover documentation for architectural scope. Main Responsibilities: 1. Supervise execution of architectural and fit-out works including finishes, ceilings, partitions, and cladding. 2. Review and validate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for architectural elements. 3. Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure sequencing. 4. Conduct quality inspections and ensure work conforms with approved design and standards. 5. Monitor workmanship and verify compliance with approved materials and design aesthetics. 6. Document progress, maintain snag lists, and support reporting for architectural scope. 7. Verify and support the preparation of as-built drawings and architectural handover documentation. 8. Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and close-out procedures related to architectural works. Key Performance Indicators: • Compliance of execution with design and approved finishes. • Timely completion of architectural scopes per construction schedule • Quality of detailing and finishes as validated through inspection. • Number and closure rate of architectural NCRs and snag points. • Accuracy of architectural handover documentation and as-builts Desired Candidate Profile Winning Behaviours: 1.
