Responsible for ensuring operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed by the team, and taking corrective actions when they are not. Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure tasks are completed to required standards. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on the site. Identify risks on the site and report them to the EHS Team for corrective action. Coordinate site teams to ensure service coverage and quality work as per client expectations. Evaluate team performance to identify development areas, in line with the company’s review process. Determine technical support needs and provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager regarding technical/maintenance issues for client review. Consolidate service and technical reports to update the Facilities Manager on property status. Maintain and update technical documentation for reliable site information. Recommend technical (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and general improvements to enhance service and system efficiency. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled by the Facilities Manager. Oversee and supervise the quality and timing of work performed by Facility Management contractors. Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
