Associate, APAC Hotels and Hospitality, Global PE fund, Abu Dhabi, UAE Our client, a prestigious private equity firm based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Associate to join their growing Asia hotels and hospitality team. The role focuses on investments in hotel assets across major markets, with a preference for candidates experienced in Japanese or South Korean hotel markets. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all transaction phases from origination to execution and portfolio management. Develop and analyze financial models. Lead workstreams such as diligence processes and act as a point of contact for industry experts, management, and investment partners. Collaborate with top-tier asset managers and private equity funds on co-investment opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Experience investing in Japanese or South Korean hotel markets is essential. Background in real estate hotels and hospitality within private equity. Outstanding academic record from a top-tier university. Strong business acumen and high professional integrity.
