We’re hiring a Payroll Specialist for a one-year contract, with potential for extension, to be deployed at a client site in DAFZA, Dubai. In this role, you’ll oversee payroll operations across the Middle East and India regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing each month. Job Description: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Process monthly payrolls for the Middle East and India, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts, identifying and promptly resolving discrepancies. Conduct payroll validations and data quality checks to ensure accurate employee payments. Provide support and address inquiries related to payroll from employees and HR Ops. Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports for management review. Collaborate with HR to support payroll functions during onboarding and offboarding. Work with finance teams on month-end activities, streamlining payroll processes and resolving discrepancies. Support HRIS-related queries, particularly in payroll and time management, and liaise with Group HRIS teams when needed. Conduct regular data checks to ensure HR system quality and stability. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and reconciliation. Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and analytical capabilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
