Responsibilities: Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Conducting performance management and improvement systems Assisting with employee compensation and benefits administration tasks Supporting senior management with L&D initiatives and programs Ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting Maintaining employee files and HR filing system Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts Supporting employee engagement initiatives Familiarity with manual-based HR systems Performing ad-hoc HR related tasks Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources or related field Strong understanding of HR practices and legislation Excellent leadership and people management skills Proficient in HRIS implementation and MS Office Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
