Apply now for the position of Head for Laboratory Diagnostic Service / MEA Your role : Head for Laboratory Diagnostic Service / MEA Come and join our team! We are looking for a manager responsible for Customer Service (CS) within Laboratory Solutions (LS) in the Middle East South Africa (MEA) zone. You will ensure best-in-class, customer-centric, industry-leading, and economical LS service within MEA. Managing the service organization supported by country service managers, CS Portfolio / CRM manager, Project Manager, and Education & Training Manager reporting to you. You will partner with Zone Business and Financial Leads to retain and win new business, highlighting the value of services. You will lead digitalization initiatives, our DX CS-LS strategy, and support MEA country managers in achieving financial and operational targets. Additionally, you will oversee customer training, including a training academy, and collaborate with Service Business Partners in related countries. Reporting to the DX CS-LS EMEA manager, you will interact with the EMEA management team to report on status, discuss initiatives, strategies, and escalate issues to headquarters in the USA. Sharing best practices with peers across zones and globally is also essential. A key focus is operational excellence, cost and work optimization, and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. Implementing best practices applicable in MEA is part of your responsibilities. Key responsibilities : Set financial and operational targets for all MEA countries in alignment with regional and zone management. Represent CS-LS EMEA MEA to management and headquarters. Track progress and report to MEA and EMEA management. Coach and align with MEA country managers on operational and organizational topics. Support zone business management and participate in MEA DX management meetings. Coordinate improvement initiatives with input from Zone Management. Qualifications, experience, and skills Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in operational service organizations with personnel responsibility; experience managing managers is highly valued. Business experience to drive growth, customer, and employee satisfaction. Fluent in English; Arabic skills are highly desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Residence in an MEA country; Dubai preferred. Experience in international or matrix organizations is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of diverse teams.
