Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator – Construction Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, bids, and quotes for construction projects. Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer data using CRM software. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations. Project Coordination: Liaise between sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure all departments are aligned on project specifications and timelines. Monitor and update project progress reports and sales documentation. Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs). Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses or direct them to appropriate departments. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns throughout the sales process. Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of sales orders, contracts, and correspondence. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation as needed. Generate regular reports on sales performance and project status for management. Team Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings and training sessions. Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and material distribution. Requirements: Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or project support role—preferably within the construction or engineering industry . Familiarity with construction terminology and processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or related field. Work Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits and client meetings. Standard work hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
