Job Responsibilities Generate new business leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospects in the UAE transport/logistics market. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their transportation requirements. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. 5–10 years of proven sales experience in a transportation/logistics company in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE transport industry, pricing models, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A valid UAE driving license is a must.
