Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description The Sr. Director, Sales TMTT EEMEA will lead the Middle East, North Africa, Israel, Eastern Europe, and South Africa regions, overseeing their teams across direct and distributor markets for TMTT. The leader will define the strategic direction for EEMEA TMTT to ensure business leadership and achievement of strategic and business goals. How you'll make an impact Own the overall EEMEA TMTT business and P&L. Lead the TMTT commercial organization across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including Sales managers, Distributor managers, and Clinical specialists. Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy in collaboration with the EU & Global TMTT BU to meet strategic and financial objectives, and to ensure innovation launch and acceleration. Anticipate and interpret market trends and dynamics to ensure sustainable growth, maintaining a global category leadership image. Nurture a patient-centric company culture, fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Collaborate with Public Affairs to develop and implement strategies prioritizing structural heart disease. Hire, develop, and retain talent within the sales organization, providing leadership and oversight of the talent strategy. What you'll need Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field. Successful sales and/or marketing management experience, preferably in Med Tech or healthcare industries. Proven leadership across multiple organizational levels. Experience leading in a matrix environment. What else we look for Ability to interpret market trends and apply knowledge to long-term business management. Translate regional BU strategy into actionable country objectives. Expertise in complex and fast-changing markets, financial, regulatory, and economic factors across diverse countries. Professional interaction skills across organizational levels, with proactive issue escalation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Negotiation and influencing skills, especially at the executive level, based on trust.
