Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time, On-site Role Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, leading the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with UAE regulatory standards. This leadership role will also oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and provide guidance on key investment and business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s financial strategy and operations Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk management systems Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team Ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and banking regulations Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory Minimum 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, with at least 5 years in the UAE Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis Strong understanding of UAE financial laws, labor laws, VAT, and corporate tax Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA, CMA, or MBA is an added advantage Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Experience with ERP systems and financial tools is preferred Join us at Al Namariq Group and play a key role in shaping the financial future of one of the UAE’s most established suppliers in the construction sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
