Embedded in the community it serves, Oli Oli will be a hub for issues relevant to all parents and be a rejuvenating destination for parents. POSITION OVERVIEW The MIS Analyst has an important responsibility to assess, analyze, research, implement and manage information systems across the organization. Please note that this position requires the analyst to work on-site at our premise in Dubai. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES AUDIT, ANALYSIS, RESEARCH & IMPLEMENTATION Audit the current use of information systems in use by all departments and staff members Analyze and assess organizational functions, workflow and requirements Identify areas to implement changes in order of priorities, to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow Research optimal solutions and present reports to stakeholders for consideration and evaluation Project manage the implementation of new information systems including ERP modules for accounting, scheduling, HR, CRM and others Staff training (execution and coordination) for all Information Systems and Processes INFORMATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION Administration of all the various Saa S applications used by the organization including but not restricted to services for forms, bookings, marketing, security Management of Visitor booking platform including creation and setup of new products in coordination with various departments, maintaining schedules, managing reporting Maintenance and management of Data Analytics Reporting Dashboards Website management in coordination with marketing and external service website maintenance provider Liaison and point of contact with external IT hardware and security service provider Education & Other Requirements University Degree in Information Systems or Computer Programming Familiarity with Saa S, ERP environments, Reporting Tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL or equivalent Proven expert skills in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point Knowledge of Python, R or equivalent scripting languages #J-18808-Ljbffr
