Location : Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) Employment Type : Full-time About the Role Join the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, leading instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting activities. You will ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational policies while driving reliability, safety, and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities Provide expert supervision and guidance on maintenance scopes, complex troubleshooting, engineering evaluations, operability determinations, and operational decision-making. Lead instrumentation inspection and overhaul through planning, execution, and post close-out phases. Deliver toolbox talks, pre-job briefs, safety connects, and safety-related messages to promote a strong safety culture. Plan, organise, and execute work within scope to meet performance and productivity targets. Ensure quality standards by implementing procedures and collaborating with quality engineers to resolve issues. Manage first-line disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters effectively. Demonstrate leadership and sound knowledge of mechanical fitting activities and company policies. Follow and enforce Health, Safety, Security, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity policies. Provide technical support during off-normal equipment investigations to ensure safe plant operations. Assist Shutdown Management in developing major equipment maintenance windows. Prioritise maintenance work to optimise resources and report results to engineering management. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in Nuclear Power Plant outage environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in general maintenance and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) activities on primary and secondary sides. Strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental protection. Proven troubleshooting skills for complex instrumentation and control systems. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred. Why Work With Us?
