Location: Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP)Employment Type: Fulltime About the Role Join the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor leading instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting activities. You will ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards regulatory requirements and operational policies while driving reliability safety and costefficiency. Responsibilities Provide expert supervision and guidance on maintenance scopes complex troubleshooting engineering evaluations operability determinations and operational decisionmaking. Lead instrumentation inspection and overhaul through planning execution and post closeout phases. Deliver toolbox talks prejob briefs safety connects and safetyrelated messages to promote a strong safety culture. Plan organise and execute work within scope to meet performance and productivity targets. Ensure quality standards by implementing procedures and collaborating with quality engineers to resolve issues. Manage firstline disciplinary grievance and performance matters effectively. Demonstrate leadership and sound knowledge of mechanical fitting activities and company policies. Follow and enforce Health Safety Security Crisis Management and Business Continuity policies. Provide technical support during offnormal equipment investigations to ensure safe plant operations. Assist Shutdown Management in developing major equipment maintenance windows. Prioritise maintenance work to optimise resources and report results to engineering management. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in Nuclear Power Plant outage environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in general maintenance and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) activities on primary and secondary sides. Strong knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements safety standards and environmental protection. Proven troubleshooting skills for complex instrumentation and control systems. Excellent leadership decisionmaking and communication skills. Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred.
