Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Procurement Department

Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement budgets. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and material needs. Manage tendering processes including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract award. Develop and manage procurement strategies and vendor negotiations. Monitor procurement schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with project timelines. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and site teams for timely material delivery. Maintain vendor databases and assess supplier performance. Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and company policies. Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks. Provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3–5 years in procurement functions. Proven experience in infrastructure and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, PMP) are an advantage.
