We are seeking a Vice President, Ops Client Service II to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE – HYBRID . In this role, you will: Work with external clients to resolve complex issues related to Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Action events, directing them to appropriate resources. Lead team members in supporting major clients, addressing operational and technical issues, and ensuring requests are fulfilled. Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and extensive experience to analyze information. Communicate effectively to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. Provide key clients with information about BNY products and services across various lines of business and regions. Leverage knowledge of client needs to lead business development efforts. Propose expanded offerings to clients based on a thorough understanding of BNY’s products and services. To succeed, you should have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7-10 years of work experience preferred. Experience in operations and/or client services preferred. Extensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Action events.
