Betting Jobs are working with a very established African operator who are based out of Kenya amongst several other countries within the continent. This role will be based in their Dubai office. They're seeking an experienced and driven Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and managing an innovative cross-product brand within a market-leading gaming organization active across multiple African territories. What You’ll Do: As the Operations Lead, you will: Take ownership of operations across sportsbook and casino products. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product, Tech, CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support. Define, implement, and execute the product roadmap and promotional calendar. Introduce cutting-edge gamification and CRM tools to enhance player retention and brand distinctiveness. Oversee onboarding of new game providers and refine sportsbook product and trading practices. Use data to guide decision-making, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and player value. Ensure all activities are compliant with local regulatory frameworks, working closely with Legal & Compliance teams. Report regularly to senior stakeholders, providing insights on campaign performance, player behavior, and retention strategies. Optimize global promotions, influencing CRM and product roadmaps to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute product strategy in collaboration with leadership. Implement and manage a new gamification/CRM system to improve customer engagement. Plan and manage integrations with new game providers. Drive sportsbook product development and operational efficiency. Ensure promotional content aligns with business goals and brand identity. Analyze data to drive acquisition and retention, working with BI, VIP, and country teams. Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve. Ensure all marketing, CRM, and operational activities are legally compliant. Lead cross-functional planning for successful execution of campaigns and features. What You Bring: Passion for gaming and deep understanding of online Gaming and casino products. Considerable Sportsbook experience and Knowledge, having previously worked with sports betting customers/in an onlinesports betting environment 3+ years’ experience in gaming industry operations or product management. Strong background in loyalty, gamification, CRM, and campaign management. Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns and product innovations. Solid grasp of gaming markets across Africa, including legal and compliance nuances. Adept at working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners/providers. Strategic mindset with strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to high standards of integrity and customer experience. Preferred Experience: Experience working across multi-country African markets. Familiarity with bonus engines and gamification platforms. Knowledge of payments, affiliate marketing, and regulatory frameworks. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral data.
