Greetings from NES Fircorft!Currently we are hiring for below role: HSE Coordinator Location: Abu Dhabi Site Industry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential Middle East Experience is required What You’ll Be Doing: Monitor and report on daily contractor activities to ensure SH&E standards are met Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings through site reporting tools Support in identifying risks, unsafe conditions, and help implement corrective actions Assist with incident investigations and maintain accurate HSE records Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and project safety plans Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices among site staff Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to support safe execution of works What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (required)5 years of hands-on HSE coordination experience in the construction or infrastructure industry Solid understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction site safety practices Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach Analytical mindset with a practical, problem-solving attitude Bonus If You Have: Experience working with consultants or contractors on large-scale construction projects HSE software/reporting tool proficiency Additional safety or environmental certifications If interested please share your resumes on With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturingsectors worldwide.
